Executive Committee

Taylor Goerlach

Chapter President

As president of Phi Mu, Taylor oversees all of the chapter operations. She promotes an atmosphere of positivity throughout our sisterhood.

Emily Rizzo

Vice President of Programming

As Vice President of Programming, Emily facilitates our weekly chapter meetings in accordance with Phi Mu's radiance program. She also implements creative ways to engage sisters at our meetings. This semester she introduced a snap cup which allows sisters to write positive notes about each other and has brought an uplifting element to chapter each week.

Kaitlyn Weston

Vice President of Committees

As Vice President of Committees, Kaitlyn oversees all of the various committees within our chapter. She facilitates bi-weekly meetings with all of the committee heads, known as the junior executive committee, to set goals and discuss what each committee is currently working on.

Nicolette Birnbaum

Treasurer

As treasurer, Nicolette is in charge of all chapter finances. She works hard to maintain and update our chapter budget and works with all committee heads on their individual budgets. She communicates with sisters in regard to monthly dues and any additional fees. Rebecca Gilroy

Secretary

As secretary, Rebecca collects reports from each member of the executive committee to compile into an agenda, Each week she distributes the agenda to all chapter members in order to keep them informed of reminders and upcoming events. Additionally, Rebecca is responsible for taking attendance at all chapter events.

Stephanie Dugger

Scholarship Chair

As scholarship chair, Stephanie assists sisters with their academics and strives to help each of us reach our fullest potential as students. If a sister is struggling academically, Stephanie will meet with them to set goals and help them find tutoring if needed. She also works hard to plan academic success workshops, Dean's List celebrations, and sister study sessions.

Kylie Henn

Membership Director

As membership director, Kylie is in charge of all things recruitment! She makes our plans for recruitment, from themes and decorations to preparing us for the arrival of our new members. New Member Educator

New Member Educator

New Member Educator guides our new members, known as Phis, through their new member process from bid day to initiation. She holds a weekly meeting known as Phi Class during which she and her assistant teach the new members everything they need to know about being sisters of Phi Mu. Other aspects of the Phi process that she is in charge of include Big/Little reveal, inspiration week, and initiation.

Ruth Milburn

Philanthropy Chair

As philanthropy chair, Ruth plans the chapter's philanthropy events. These include small scale events such as bakesales and Phi Mu's Kicking it for Kids, and a larger annual philanthropy event, A Phine Night at the Casino. Ruth also works with other chapters to plan collaborative service events.

Lauren Price

Social Chair

As social chair, Lauren works hard to make sure we all have fun! She plans all of the chapter's social events including date party and formal. She also works to strengthen our relationship with other organizations on campus by planning social functions with them.

Panhellenic Delegate

Panhellenic Delegate

Panhellenic Delegate serves as the liasion between our chapter and the WCU Panhellenic Council. She attends Panhellenic Council general body meetings and compiles a report of all of the news and upcoming events for fraternity and sorority life. She keeps our sisters updated on other organizations and opportunities in the community.
